Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the offer

Homaio offers its existing customers (the “Referrers”) with an active account on the Homaio app the opportunity to earn a referral reward (the “Reward”), credited to the main balance of their euro account, by referring someone (the “Referee”) to open a Homaio account (the “Referral”). The Referee simply needs to follow the steps outlined in these general terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Eligible Participants

A. Referrer: Any customer who has received a referral invitation from us, visible via a banner on the app's home screen and wallet page (an “In-App Referral Invitation”), is eligible to refer others.

An additional email (the “Referral Email”) containing campaign details may also be sent (unless marketing communications have been explicitly declined).

The Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions include:

• These Terms;
• The details provided in the in-app referral invitation or referral email.

You must comply with these Terms and with the general terms and conditions of your Homaio account throughout your participation in the campaign.

B. Referee: Any person who has never previously opened a Homaio account.

3. How to Receive a Reward

Once the invitation is received via the app or email, the following steps must be followed:

• Invite a friend using the referral module in the app or via the link in the email.
• You agree to:
  • be the sole sender of your invitations;
  • only contact people you personally know;
  • avoid excessive or unsolicited messaging (no spamming);
  • comply with applicable laws.
• The Referee must click your unique referral link for the referral to be valid.

The maximum number of Referees you can refer will be specified in your referral invitation. Beyond this limit, no Reward will be granted.

The Reward is specific to each Referrer and will be credited in euros to their Homaio account.

4. What the Referee Must Do

In order for the Referrer to receive the Reward, the Referee must:

1. Successfully create a Homaio account for the first time using the referral link. A user who is already registered (even with a different email address) is not eligible.
2. Verify their identity (email and valid ID).
3. Fund their account via bank transfer.
4. Make an initial investment in a financial instrument offered by Homaio using your referral code. A minimum investment amount and applicable fees may apply.

If any of these steps are not completed, the Reward will not be granted (or will be cancelled).

5. Reward Amount

The reward amount depends on the Referee’s initial investment. For each Referee (up to the maximum allowed), the Reward is as follows:

• €50 if your referree invests between €1,000 and €4,999 ;
• €100 if your referree invests between €5,000 and €9,999 ;
• €200 if your referree invests more than €10,000.

6. Legal Provisions

1. To be eligible for a Reward, your account must remain active (not restricted, suspended, or closed) throughout the campaign.
2. The payment date of the Reward will be specified in your referral invitation.
3. Any Reward issued in breach of these terms may be cancelled if we discover a violation of the Referral Campaign Terms. Such cancellation will be deemed to have your consent and authorization.
4. In the event of fraud or abuse (e.g. fake accounts, mass referrals without consent), Homaio reserves the right to:
   • cancel your Rewards;
   • suspend or close your account.
5. Homaio may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time for valid reasons (e.g., abuse, risk to customers or brand, technical constraints, etc.). This may apply individually or to the entire campaign.
6. If the campaign is modified or suspended, you will be informed via the app or email. Homaio shall not be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from its inability to continue the campaign as initially planned. Contact the support team if you believe you’re entitled to a Reward that was not granted due to a suspension or early termination.
7. By participating in this Referral Campaign, you acknowledge that any Reward may be subject to local income tax in your country or tax jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes arising from the Reward. Homaio accepts no liability for tax obligations that may result from participation in this campaign.
8. The French version of these terms shall prevail over any translation.
9. All personal data collected or processed during the Referral Campaign will be handled in accordance with Homaio’s customer privacy notice applicable to your account.
10. These Terms are governed by French law.
